What is Combigan Eye?
Combigan Eye Drops is used for Open angle glaucoma, Ocular hypertension and other conditions. Combigan Eye Drops may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Combigan Eye Drops contains Brimonidine Tartrate as an active ingredient.
Combigan Eye Drops works by reducing the fluid in eye thus reducing eye pressure.

Combigan Eye Drops is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
- Open angle glaucoma
- Ocular hypertension
Combigan Eye Drops - Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Combigan Eye Drops. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. - Oral dryness
- Ocular hyperemia
- Burning and stinging

Combigan Eye Drops - Precautions & How to Use
Before using Combigan Eye Drops, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
- Close your eyes for 2 or 3 minutes with your head tipped
- Consult your doctor if you suffer from severe cardiovascular disease, hepatic and renal impairment, cerebral and coronary insufficiency, raynaud's phenomenon, orthostatic hypotension, thromboangiitis obliterans and lactation
- Do not touch dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination
- Do not touch the tip of the eye dropper
- Do not use after expiration date
- Do not use if eye drop has changed color
Combigan Eye Drops - Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Combigan Eye Drops is a contraindication. In addition, Combigan Eye Drops should not be used if you have the following conditions:
- Children under the age of 2
- Monoamine oxidase inhibitors therapy
